Improving construction productivity in the construction industry, which faces numerous challenges, and supporting work style reform.
◆Enhancing Functions Useful on Site
Fukui Computer Architect Co., Ltd. will release the latest domestic BIM system "GLOOBE 2024" on May 15.
In this latest version, we have significantly enhanced functions that are useful on site to address the numerous challenges facing the construction industry, aiming for "increased productivity."
◆Strengthening Structural Planning and Temporary Planning
In [GLOOBE Construction], the functionality for structural planning has been enhanced. This reduces the overlap of dimensions and symbols, streamlining the process of making corrections and revisions, and has cut the work time for creating structural drawings and quantity takeoffs by approximately 40% compared to previous versions.
Additionally, the enhancement of temporary planning functions (efficiency in input tasks) has significantly shortened the input time for temporary models, streamlining the creation of drawings required for Article 88 applications. One-sided scaffolding and sheet types have been addressed in the basic model creation.
Furthermore, by bundling the next-generation scaffolding masters from major manufacturers, we can accurately create temporary models for eight domestic companies.
In [GLOOBE Architect], the regulatory functions have been enhanced to comply with the revised Building Standards Act that came into effect on April 1, 2023.
Additionally, across the GLOOBE series, we have strengthened interoperability with other BIM software.
